Geotechnical Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, managing client relationships, project budgets, technical quality, and team development. This person will also mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage geotechnical projects from start to finish
- Review and approve geotechnical reports
- Sign and seal reports as a PE
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Serve as the primary client contact
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates
- Mentor junior engineers
- Support business development and growth initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
- Texas PE (or ability to transfer PE to Texas)
- Master's in Civil Engineering + 5+ years geotechnical experience OR Bachelor's in Civil Engineering + 10+ years geotechnical experience
- Strong geotechnical project management experience


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience:
- Transportation and public infrastructure projects TxDOT, municipal, county, and roadway projects
- Familiarity with Central and South Texas geology/soil conditions
