Supportive team culture with mentorship program starting day 1 Work outdoors and see real results every day Day in the Life: Work individually or with a crew to provide services to all properties on assigned route Using hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, fungicides, herbicides, and aeration and seeding for pest and week control in lawns Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions Build relationships with customers and identify service needs Sell additional services to existing and prospective customers Keep properties clean, safe, and looking their best Maintain accurate service records and equipment Assist with training new service leaders Qualifications/Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean record with 1+ years of driving experience Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must obtain applicable state Department of Agriculture certification within 30 days of hire Be able to drive long distances or an eight to nine-hour shift in company vehicle (truck/trailer)ranging between 6:30am-5:30pm (or until the job is finished) Operate company vehicle in compliance with federal, state, local laws, and company policy Follow proper safety protocols while working with equipment Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds You Will Thrive Here If You: Love working outdoors and staying active Take pride in delivering top-quality service and results customers can actually see Enjoy tackling challenges and making things better every single day Are looking for a long‑term career with real growth, advancement, and opportunity $19 - $20 an hour The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
