Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent after-school ABA therapy schedule in Durham, NC.

This role offers a unique combination of both in-home and clinic-based services, providing variety in your work environment while maintaining a reliable and predictable weekly schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies

• Collect and record session data accurately and professionally

• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment

• Collaborate closely with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation

Schedule Requirements:

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Clinic)

• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Clinic)

• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Clinic)

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)

Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• Prior ABA or child-related experience required

• Must be comfortable working in both home and clinic settings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong communication and professionalism required

• Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented

• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
