Location Avera Oahe Manor Worker Type Regular Work Shift Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends (United States of America) Pay Range $27.00 – $48.50 (actual pay rate dependent upon experience) – may also include sign‑on and relocation bonuses for RN and LPN. Position Highlights Registered Nurse – eligible for $15,000–$20,000 sign‑on bonus and $2,500 relocation bonus. Licensed Practical Nurse – eligible for up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus and $1,500 relocation bonus. Overview Delivers nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing objectives, defining interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support. Staff communicate care plans, monitor changes, and re‑evaluate care objectives in coordination with the care team. What you will do Provide resident care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan. Coordinate with other healthcare providers and the care team. Develop nursing care plans, obtain medical histories, examine residents, document conditions. Teach residents and families about conditions, medications, and self‑care skills. Evaluate resident care, adhering to therapeutic standards and reviewing health outcomes. Maintain a safe environment by following infection‑control, medication administration, and controlled substance regulations. Keep resident care equipment operating and supplies ready. Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and supervise nursing assistants and other staff. Maintain competence in nursing capabilities as outlined by leadership. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience Registered Nurse (RN) – active board of nursing license in state of practice. Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience 1–3 years experience in a clinical or long‑term care environment.
