Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Middlesex, NJ. This on-site role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business and operational functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
\n
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
\n
• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified active and passive candidates.
\n
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, and alignment with position requirements.
\n
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
\n
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
\n
• Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate information within applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
\n
• Support offer preparation, candidate negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities.
\n
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and recommendations regarding candidate availability, compensation, and recruiting strategies.
\n
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
\n
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and overall recruiting processes.
\n
• Collaborate with HR and business teams on recruiting initiatives, workforce planning, and employer branding activities.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related HR function.
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other candidate sourcing methods.
\n
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and evaluating candidates against position requirements.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to prioritize multiple recruiting assignments and adapt to changing business needs.
\n
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Middlesex, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, technology, operations, corporate, or high-volume positions.
\n
• Experience supporting a rapidly growing or large-scale organization.
\n
• Experience developing talent pipelines for recurring or high-priority positions.
\n
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable employment regulations.
\n
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes.
\n
