Responsibilities and Duties Perform pre-trip inspections, including verifying routes, checking product counts, and completing safety checks in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations. Safely drive and deliver customer orders while following all federal, state, and company protocols. Maintain proper load temperatures as specified in product specifications. Unload products by hand or using a hand truck and place items in designated customer storage areas. Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, collect payments (when required), and communicate discrepancies or returns. Manage backhauls in accordance with dispatch instructions, jurisdictional compliance, and load efficiency. Complete post-trip tasks, including unloading returns, submitting paperwork and payments, vehicle safety check, and secure parking. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling any complaints professionally and effectively. Promptly report accidents, injuries, or equipment damage. Required Qualifications Minimum age: 21 years old. Valid CDL License. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs. Ability to step up 17 inches and climb up to three rungs of a ladder.
