Studio Manager

Position Studio Manager (SM) – a leadership role overseeing daily business operations, sales, profitability, staff development, brand consistency, and customer service at one of our fast‑growing studios. Lead development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches. Achieve performance metrics such as revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance. Attend monthly meetings and corporate webinars. Maintain adequate staffing levels within budget. Host weekly staff meetings and monthly one‑on‑one sessions with each Sales Associate and Coach. Plan and promote monthly special events. Ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards. Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service experience with proven results. 1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least 3 years of management experience. Experience operating revenue of $600,000 or more annually.
