Managing the full lifecycle recruitment for Field leadership positions, the full-time Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter will enhance candidate experiences and collaborate with leadership teams to ensure staffing needs are met in a remote capacity within the Texas region. Key responsibilities Oversee recruitment processes for Field leadership and hourly team member positions, ensuring effective hiring practices Maintain accurate staffing data and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with Regional Field leadership to drive staffing efforts for new store openings, achieving 100% staffing capacity Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline 3-6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment for a high-growth organization or 2+ years as an internal Store Manager Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, and recruitment tools like ATS and LinkedIn Strong background in behavioral and competency-based interviewing and assessments
