Associate

Cresset is looking for an Associate in Investments focused on Private Credit. In this role, you’ll support the CIO and the investment team with macro-economic analysis and investment diligence. You’ll help monitor credit markets, communicate with advisors, and prepare materials for clients. This is a great opportunity to grow in a people-first firm that values both its clients and employees. What You’ll Do Monitor the health of credit markets and performance of investments. Communicate with advisors about portfolio investments. Support the underwriting and diligence process for new investments. Assist in global economic research and its relevance to asset markets. Prepare presentation materials on macro-economic views. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Math preferred. Two years of experience in an analytical field. Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or higher. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with large scale data analysis. Proficient in Excel and databases. Experience with coding is a plus.
