The company sits at the intersection of fintech, consumer hardware, and digital payments. The company designs affordable NFC-enabled wearable payment devices that allow consumers to securely tap and pay without carrying a wallet or phone.

Unlike traditional wearable technology, their mission is to make contactless payments accessible through beautifully designed, affordable products that can be deployed at scale—from everyday consumer use to concerts, festivals, sporting events, hospitality experiences, and enterprise partnerships.

Today, they operates across several complementary business lines:

• Wearable Payment Devices – NFC-enabled payment wristbands that integrate directly into the Mastercard ecosystem.
• Next Generation Smart Ring – A new wearable combining health biometrics with embedded payment technology, delivering many of the capabilities of premium smart rings at a fraction of the cost.
• Embedded Financial Services – A new digital banking initiative including direct deposit accounts and debit cards developed alongside major financial partners.
• White Label Partnerships – Building payment-enabled wearables for brands looking to launch innovative financial products under their own name.
• Large Scale Event Solutions – Supplying custom payment wearables for global events and strategic partners.

They have worked alongside global financial institutions including Mastercard, while simultaneously partnering with manufacturers, banking partners, payment processors, provisioning companies, and technology providers around the world.

The company is also launching an exciting joint venture alongside The Marathon brand, founded by the late Nipsey Hussle's family, focused on combining financial inclusion with innovative banking products.

As these initiatives accelerate simultaneously, they are investing in building its first true internal operations team.

About the Founder

The Founder is a lifelong entrepreneur who has spent years bringing together two incredibly complex industries:

• Consumer hardware
• Financial services

Rather than simply building products, the founder specializes in creating strategic partnerships between Fortune 500 companies, banks, payment processors, manufacturers, and emerging technology businesses.

Over the years he has built a global network of contractors spanning the United States, Latin America, Europe, Pakistan, China, and the UK. As the company enters its next stage of growth, he's looking to replace ad hoc contractor management with exceptional full-time operators who can help scale the company.

This role works directly alongside the founder.

The Opportunity

The company doesn't need a traditional project manager.

They need someone who can create structure inside a fast-moving startup where multiple complex initiatives are advancing simultaneously.

You'll become the operational hub connecting:

• Banking partners
• Mastercard
• Payment processors
• Manufacturing partners
• Product suppliers
• Hardware developers
• Internal stakeholders
• Strategic partners

One day you may be coordinating timelines for a new wearable ring launch.

The next, you may be managing onboarding timelines for a new banking partner or ensuring multiple vendors stay aligned across an international product launch.

What You'll Do:

• Own project plans across multiple strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain detailed project timelines and Gantt charts
• Coordinate work across banks, processors, manufacturers, vendors and strategic partners
• Keep projects on schedule by proactively identifying blockers
• Lead project status updates and ensure accountability across stakeholders
• Coordinate communication across distributed international teams
• Track deliverables, milestones and dependencies
• Improve internal operating processes as the company scales
• Document workflows and operational procedures
• Help leadership prioritize initiatives across multiple product lines
• Ensure launches happen on time and with exceptional organization

Preferred Experience

• Fintech or payments industry experience
• Banking, financial services or payment processing exposure
• Hardware or manufacturing coordination
• Vendor management
• Product launch experience
• Gantt charts and project planning software
• Cross-functional program management
