On-Site Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support to staffing operations
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
• Support compliance procedures and help ensure policy adherence
• Assist with onboarding, employee check-ins, and new hire processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and employees
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and daily workforce needs
• Communicate employee updates, attendance issues, and operational needs as appropriate
• Assist with general HR, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
• Provide professional, responsive support to employees and client contacts

On-Site Manager Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English required to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors regarding production instructions, safety procedures, and daily operations.
• Previous experience in staffing, HR, administrative support, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude
• Comfortable using computer systems, email, and basic office technology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
