Senior Project Manager - Tenant Improvement Construction

About the Opportunity

We're representing an established General Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical tenant improvement (TI) construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area.

This opportunity offers direct exposure to company leadership and a path toward a Project Executive role for someone ready to take the next step in their construction management career. The compensation package includes an above-market bonus, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead tenant improvement construction projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting and quality control
• Identify project risks early and develop contingency plans to keep delivery on track
• Coordinate project teams to deliver work on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

What they're looking for in a Senior Project Manager:

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor, overseeing projects from concept through closeout
• Experience leading tenant improvement projects in the San Francisco Bay Area
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a xhyhwjd related field
• Tech campus project experience is a plus
• Proficiency with construction project management software
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
• The ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
