Assistant Fitness Manager

Role Overview EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to serve as Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales). In this role you will lead the personal training sales team, conduct welcome workouts for new members, and drive the growth of personal training packages while fostering exceptional member relationships. Responsibilities Ensure daily sales targets are met, especially during weekends or when the Fitness Manager is absent. Drive personal training package sales and build strong rapport with members. Achieve sales targets for personal training services and small group training sessions, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals. Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and smooth transitions into the club experience. Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members to evaluate fitness needs and goals. Guide new members through their initial club experience, promoting a supportive environment that encourages personal training sales and member retention. Facilitate professional development for personal trainers through regular coaching sessions and continuous support. Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff members, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities. Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain proper certifications, and implement safety protocols. Qualifications 2–3 years of customer service experience. 1 year of sales experience. 1 year of supervisory experience. Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with members, trainers, staff, and vendors. Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with people at all levels. Strong attention to detail, systematic approach to problem solving, and good time‑management and organizational skills. Alignment with EōS Fitness’ Core Values. Requirements Availability to work nights and weekends. Successfully pass a background check. Valid Personal Training certification. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to work in a gym setting, including moving around the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs, and bending routinely. Ability to operate the company computer system and enter data accurately. Compensation Hourly pay: $16–$18 USD. Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus. Post‑training salary increase.
