Job Summary

Join a highly collaborative rehabilitation team as an Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful impact on patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. In this role, you will help patients regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on recovery and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Mentor therapy assistants and students when appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) required
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
• 1+ year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $35.77 – $49.18 per hour (based on experience)
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Two weekend shifts per month required (Saturday, Sunday, or both)
