We're looking for a bright, talented UI Designer who is passionate about brilliant customer and brand experiences, and knows how to make them happen. The impact and scope of this role are huge, and you'll be a key contributor to our continued success as we shape the future of our financial platform for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises.

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, UI design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other industry-standard software.
• Explore and adopt AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve the quality, speed and efficiency of design workflows.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (a plus).
• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle) is preferred.
• Experience working in/with design systems

• Exceptional UI design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
• Ability to balance visual craft with practical engineering feasibility.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain ideas, advocate for design decisions, and provide constructive feedback to teams & stakeholders.
• D documentation skills (Storybook, Zeroheight), recognising that a successful design system relies on clear guidance, thoughtful rationale and well-maintained standards as much as great components.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A mindset of continuous improvement, you don't just deliver designs, you improve the way design gets done.

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Familiarity with accessibility auditing tools and processes.
