As a Treasury Management Officer II within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in Nashville, TN. Job Description Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share, working with clients who have moderate risk and complexity of needs. Acquires, expands, and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non‑credit products and services. Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on understanding the client’s needs and financial well‑being, increasing engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification. Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, ensuring awareness of the full range of PNC’s products and services and leveraging reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities; demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and inform on treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning. Qualifications University or college degree plus 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience, or comparable combination of education, certification, and experience. Knowledge of book of business, client relationship building, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities. Business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, critical thinking, effective communications, industry knowledge, prospecting, sales negotiation, sales, technical savviness. No required certification or license.
