Salary: $122,720 - 122,720 per year Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret clearance; Top Secret clearance is also listed as required.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- At least 6 years of Java development experience, with strong proficiency in Java JDK 8 or higher.
- Core knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, the Java Collections Framework, multithreading and concurrency, and exception-handling best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Eclipse IDE.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services, the IntelliTrack Entellitrak platform, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Experience supporting enterprise or government systems.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2017 or newer, and T-SQL.
- At least 8 years of experience in systems architecture, infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud.
- Ability to work effectively in structured, compliance-driven environments and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with Jaspersoft Studio, DevExpress, Java/.NET hybrid environments, Agile or hybrid development, secure coding and government compliance standards such as NIST and FISMA, Git, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Preferred: AWS, Azure, or CCNP certification.
- VMware experience and experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform are asked about in the application.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications for government and enterprise systems.
- Work with business analysts, QA, system administrators, and other cross-functional partners to deliver quality solutions.
- Build and integrate APIs to enable interoperability and secure data exchange.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and documentation.
- Promote application performance, security, and reliability by following established best practices.
- Support application releases using CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Investigate and resolve system defects and production issues.
- Ensure systems comply with applicable government standards, policies, and security requirements.
