Concord Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Shift Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. With a focus on guest satisfaction and team management, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the rewards of leading a passionate hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly upon entrance and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Restaurant Operations: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring the establishment is stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Team Leadership: Effectively communicate with team members and train new staff on all food stations.
• Kitchen Operations: Ensure kitchen staff follows recipes, preps ingredients, and maintains proper product rotation.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Manage staff efficiently according to sales volume and handle cash during opening and closing duties.
• Quality Control: Prepare and cook food according to company procedures and recipes, maintaining high standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and enhance guest satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior restaurant management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and staff.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Must be 18 years of age with a reliable vehicle.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week.
• No late nights; typically closed by 8-8:30 PM on weekdays and no later than 9 PM on weekends.
• Closed on all major holidays.
