What You'll Be Doing
- Installing indoor and outdoor stairlifts in residential homes
- Setting up rails, seats, wiring, and power supplies
- Testing systems and making sure everything runs perfectly
- Troubleshooting and servicing stairlift systems
- Performing annual service visits and preventative maintenance
- Keeping track of tools and parts using barcode inventory
- Completing job reports and working with tech support teams
- Providing friendly, respectful, top-notch customer service
- Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Following safety guidelines and completing daily time punches

- Someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving
- Comfortable using tablets, computers, barcode scanners and basic software
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Calm, professional, and empathetic with customers
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage a changing schedule
- Team player who takes pride in doing great work
Experience & Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- 13 years of related technical or installation experience
- Stairlift installation experience is a plus (we train the right people!)
- State-required licensing as applicable
- Valid driver's license required
Physical & Work Details
- Ability to lift up to 120 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and driving
- Occasional weekends and longer days as needed
- Work takes place in residential homes, indoors and outdoors
