The Role:

This is more than just requirements gathering. You will drive complex initiatives, partner with senior leaders to define KPIs, and establish analytical standards across the team.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership : Partner with senior business leaders to define success metrics and analytical frameworks.
• Advanced Analysis : Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Executive Visualization : Design and own executive-level dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Technical Collaboration : Work with Data Engineers and Scientists to guide solution design and ensure data integrity.
• Mentorship : Lead junior analysts and establish best practices for documentation and analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Experience : 7-8+ years in Data/Business Analytics with increasing scope.
• Technical Mastery : Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with Python or R for automation.
• Tools : Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Cloud Platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Domain Expertise : Demonstrated experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Diagnostics .
• Agile Mindset : Comfortable writing Epics and User Stories in an Agile/Scrum environment.
