Nurse Practitioner — Homeless Health Initiative Impact
HealthNet, Inc.
HealthNet in Indianapolis seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced clinical practice, education, and consult services across HealthNet centers. You will assess patients, develop care plans, prescribe medications under Indiana law, and contribute to quality improvement and staff education.
