**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required. - Experience circulating in all surgical areas, with understanding of cases from craniotomies to laparoscopic cases including endovascular. - Experience needed in endovascular, general, ortho, neuro, gyn, urology, robotics. - Epic experience within the last 12 months, must be listed on the profile where it was used, and competency exam must be passed (only one attempt allowed). **Certifications and Licensure:** - Must have current AHA BLS and NIH certifications. - Active compact or TN license required at time of submission. **Preferred Experience:** - Trauma Level I or Level II experience is preferred. - Previous charge experience is noted but not required. - Charting system experience is required, specifically with Epic. **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). - Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions). - Two supervisory references are required at the time of submission. - Candidates must float within their skill set if needed. **Test and Compliance:** - Candidates must pass the Epic competency exam; failure will result in cancellation. - Candidates requiring fit testing must be clean-shaven; failures due to facial hair will not be accepted.
