Project ManagerManaging assigned projects from concept to execution, inclusive of planning, monitoring, and controlling aspects. Organising project activities into manageable work efforts and determining an effective approach to completing the work as per project plans. Collaborating with staff across all levels to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Coordinating and adjusting work efforts with the team to ensure adherence to the agreed schedule. Monitoring and reporting on project activities. Managing business process re-engineering initiatives and recommending process changes for improved collaboration, efficiency, and modernization. Conducting and facilitating Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions. Documenting current business processes, identifying redundancies, gaps, and inefficiencies. Providing analysis of business processes and making recommendations based on findings. Assessing current and proposed business practices against industry best practices. Documenting envisioned business processes and aligning them with appropriate solutions. Reviewing city ordinances and state code for alignment with current and new business processes and operating procedures. Developing a centralized document management system. Performing other related duties as assigned. Holding a BA/BS degree or higher in Business, Technology, or related field. Possessing PMP designation and/or Agile Scrum Master Certification (preferred). Having advanced proficiency in project management concepts and coordination of cross-functional projects. Having 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in utilities and government. Having extensive experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and managing process re-engineering initiatives. Having excellent oral and written communication skills. Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio, PowerPoint, TEAMs, and Project Management software. Having knowledge/experience in CIS/CRM/Field Services systems and operations, preferably in government and utility operations. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Being able to lead meetings and discussions with employees in all roles and levels. Effectively managing project schedules and workload.
