Job Description

At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity for growth and development. Back of House Team Members work directly with an independent Owner/Operator and Restaurant Leadership, gaining valuable life and professional experience beyond serving great food. This role is responsible for supporting kitchen operations while delivering the high standards of food quality, safety, and service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Ability and willingness to change oil
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete required in-house training and maintain knowledge of operational updates
• Complete opening and/or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, policies, and dress code at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
