Prekindergarten Lead Teacher
Sacred Heart Church Corp.
Sacred Heart School, a Catholic co-educational pre-kindergarten to eighth grade parochial school, is seeking a lead teacher for our prekindergarten classroom for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Catholic education, a love for teaching children, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and students to enhance the school community and support student development.
- Employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media to engage young learners.
- Incorporate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
- Integrate faith into learning experiences and model the Catholic values in words and actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with pre-school aged children.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
