Join our newest GEICO Local Office, proudly serving Queens, Long Island, and the New York City area. GEICO Bayside is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. GEICO Bayside is managed by the same team that manages GEICO Commack in Commack, NY. Founded in 2017, GEICO Commack quickly became the #1 GEICO Local Office in the USA.

Through individual coaching and supportive management, we provide the tools and training you need to grow and build a successful career. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to be rewarded well for their hard work.

First-year agents typically can expect to make $75,000–$85,000, with top agents earning $150,000+.

Monthly commissions average $2,000–$2,500 for new agents, with top agents earning $4,000–$4,500+.

Monthly bonus program up to $3,000: new agents typically earn around $1,500, with top agents earning $3,000.

Total monthly commission and bonus: new agents can expect $3,500–$4,000 with top agents earning $6,500–$7,000+.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business through high-quality leads and referrals

• Conducting policy reviews to ensure proper coverage

• Preparing and presenting accurate insurance quotes

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Delivering exceptional client support and service

Requirements

• Active Personal Lines or Property Casualty license

• Insurance sales experience preferred

• Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong computer skills
