Leasing AgentUnder the direct supervision of the Property Manager, leasing agents are responsible for general office, administrative and leasing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by the supervisory personnel.Answering the phoneLeasing functions (lead tracking software, prospect follow-ups, generating new leads)Sorting the office mailScheduling and completing tour appointmentsGeneral filingCollects rent and writes receiptsPhoto copies checks and other materialAssists in all mailingsPlaces follow up maintenance calls to residents to survey quality of work performed by the maintenance staffMaintains log to document vendors working within the buildingMonitors suppliesCompleting and auditing lease filesPreparing move-ins (keys, move in packets, walking units, etc)Other duties as assigned by the Property ManagerREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 1 year Sales experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Graduate required Business or Trade School preferredKnowledge of or experience working with the latest version of MS Office programs to include Word, Excel and OutlookTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.
