Title        Inventory & Production Planning Manager

DenLine® Uniforms, Inc. 34 Years in Business, is a Quincy Based Manufacturer of  PPE (Protective Apparel) mandated by OSHA, used in Dental, Medical Laboratories, Pharmaceutical, and Clean Room Applications.

DenLine supplies Reusable and Disposable PPE in all 50 States.  Our Customers include the Largest Dental Group in North America with 2,600 Offices, Major Hospitals (i.e., Mayo Clinic), many University and Regional Hospital Laboratories,...as well as the 2 largest Commercial Laundries in the US that rent our PPE to their Healthcare Customers.  

DenLine offers the Industry’s Most Complete Line of PPE for AAMI PB70 Level 2 Incidental Splash Protection, and Stock some 80,000 Coats enabling DnLine to ship orders within 2 days.  

We have an immediate opening for an Inventory & Production Planning Manager  f or our Quincy Warehouse.

As Production is in the Dominican, and Managed by our 3rd Party Provider, it is this Open Position that prepares the Orders for the Plant to Produce, with Weekly Reviews and Sets the Priorities, Orders the Fabric and Accessories and Maintains Minimum and Maximum Stock Levels in our Quincy Warehouse....Given this... much of the job is Good Communications with Sales who communicates with the customer as to their needs, and tracking Orders Placed via a Weely Updated WIP (Work in Process).

This Position oversees the Stockroom Supervisor who receives merchandise from the plant, picks orders for shipping, and relieves inventory by posting Ship Tickets.   

The Person we Hire must have the following skills/background:

Ø  Excel- Skilled at Setting Up Formulas and Formatting

Ø  MS Office- Teams, Outlook for E-Mails

Ø  Accounting Experience- Enjoys working with Numbers

Ø  Good Communications -Customer Needs to Plant Priorities  

Responsibilities of Position include:

Production Planning

Ø  Fabric and Accessories Sourcing, approval of Orders Received.

Ø  Using Sales History for each product style and color, setting and updating Minimum and Maximum Inventory Levels to support prompt customer deliveries.  

Ø  Determine Weekly Production Rates to meet demand: Maintain 4 Weeks of orders in WIP

Ø  Submit Plant Orders, with Priorities continually updated

Product Cost Records

Ø  Keep Product Cost Records updated.

Ø  Monthly Inventory Cost Report

The position may assist the Stockroom Manager from time to time when shipments arrive, so you must be in good health, and with the strength to handle boxes weighing up to 35 # .  Hiring subject to completing a physical and drug test.

Education:

Associate Degree minimum, with courses in math, beginning  and advanced accounting, computers, MS Office, and Excel, including knowledge of formulas to set up Excel Spreadsheets  .

Knowledge of QuickBooks A/R a Plus.

Hours:

DenLine Uniforms is open for business 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

This is an Hourly Position.  No Overtime without Approval  

Income:

Hourly Rate of $28.00 per hour

Ø  After 1 Year of Service- 1 Week Vacation

Ø  After 3 Years of Service- 2 Weeks, must be scheduled and approved in advance.

Paid Holidays (7)

Ø  Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, and       Thanksgiving, and the Friday after Thanksgiving) from beginning date of employment

Company Paid 401K Contributions

Employees over 1,000 Hours/Following 1 Year of Service:

3% Employee Safe Harbor Provision, 100% contributed by DenLine

Discretionary Employee Profit Sharing Provision, 100% paid by DenLine .

The plan has a discretionary matching provision where the Company matches the                   employee’s contribution up to 4% of compensation .
