About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration:13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required. Must have 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. NIH certification must be obtained prior to start. Must-Have: Epic experience required. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. Night shift with three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Must have recent experience in the specialty applying for. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate is required during orientation. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Reference must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. Background checks of any kind will be reviewed, and any traveler with an open case will not be accepted. Travelers must be nicotine-free, and a negative drug screen is required within 12 months of start. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for one year from their previous end date. A six-month break is required before returning to assignments. Modules may be required before start and annually; time needed varies by specialty.
