s.This role will be responsible for driving projects from concept through design, pilot testing, implementation, startup, commissioning, and value realization. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing Smart Manufacturing capabilities, improving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the regio

- s.Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency, quality, reliability, and cost performanc
- e.Manage projects through design, plant trials, startup, commissioning, and long-term sustainmen
- t.Apply experimental design, scientific methods, and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate solution
- s.Drive process optimization initiatives, improve raw material utilization, and enhance manufacturing performanc
- e.Develop project charters, technical protocols, reports, and value realization metric
- s.Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and production teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiative
