Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Akron, OH Position Type: Full-Time Schedule Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm Compensation Hourly Rate: $39–$45/hour Annualized Compensation: Approximately $81,120 – $93,600/year (based on full-time schedule) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern, well-established practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with 60‑minute appointment times, allowing you to provide thorough, comprehensive care while building strong relationships with your patients. You will be supported by a highly engaged clinical team and have access to ongoing professional development, including participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that helps guide clinical excellence and growth.
