Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Demonstrate flexibility by working with various age groups and adapting to diverse classroom needs. Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where every child feels loved, valued, and supported. Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons and activities that promote both spiritual and academic development. Observe, document, and communicate each child’s progress with parents and caregivers, building strong partnerships with families. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a unified, supportive learning community. Maintain classroom materials and spaces that are safe, clean, and well-organized. Uphold all state licensing standards and the policies and procedures of Concrete Christian Academy. What Sets You Apart Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred). Experience in early childhood education or a licensed childcare setting. Alignment with the mission, statement of faith, and values of Concrete Christian Academy. Professional, dependable, and organized team player with strong communication skills.
