Rotate inventory. Pick and fill orders accurately. Use pallet jack/forklift. Will be working in cold environment.What You'll DoKnow and follow HACCP and SQF programs.Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Wear all required personal protective equipment.Must be familiar with all of Mrs. Gerry's products being shipped.Fill order tickets, plus understand, and organize related paperwork.Know code dates and rotate stock.Load and unload trucks according to safety standards.Communicate shortages and errors effectively.Inventory products daily.What You'll BringHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferredObtain forklift and pallet jack license.Exceptional organizational skills.Keen awareness of surroundings to ensure safety practices and monitor controllables.Ability to count products utilizing basic math skills.Read, speak, and write English to interpret and communicate with others about documentation.Who You'll Work WithYou'll join a collaborative and growth-minded team. Employees must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while working in production areas.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a warehouse in a food manufacturing facility where employees may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving machinery, cleaning chemicals, airborne particles, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
