Job Description Job Description Description: Experienced Wood Worker Kilter Termite and Pest Control Job description: We are seeking an experienced Wood Repairmen (preferably with termite treatment experience, but not required) to work with our Kilter team. We will provide you with the training necessary to investigate, analyze and solve all aspects of pest control. Some job duties include repairing damage to fascia boards, sheathing, eves, rafters, wood siding, decks, patios and any damage found on our customers' property. Our ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, proficient and can work well with team members. Job Summary: Repair / replace / treat termite and or fungi infested wood on both residential and commercial properties Driving a company vehicle to clients home or business Contacting clients to confirm scheduled services and respond in a timely manner to client's requests or services calls Completion of required documents and forms at end of daily route Keep vehicle and equipment in clean and proper condition Complete other assigned duties Physical Requirements: The essential duties of this job require the ability to stoop, kneel, crawl and crouch, to reach, to stand for long periods of time; to walk; to safely climb ladders; to lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds; to use finger dexterity and hand strength to operate and grasp tools and equipment; to verbally exchange ideas and information; to hear to receive verbal detailed information and instruction; to see from one to twenty feet with a good field of vision and the ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color; and to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on ladders, narrow, slippery or moving surfaces.
