If you've worked in a warehouse, construction site, or any hands-on role, this is your chance to step into a high-impact career.What You'll DoMove structural steel and materials across the yard and shopLoad/unload trucks using forklifts, cranes, and equipmentOrganize, tag, and track materials for productionSupport machine operators by staging materials and keeping workflows movingPerform basic equipment checks and keep operations running smoothlyExperience in warehouse, construction, or hands-on workComfort with physical work (lifting, moving, working outdoors)Ability to work independently on 2nd shift while staying aligned with the teamStrong awareness of production flow and how to support machine operatorsSafety-first mindset and strong work ethicWillingness to learn equipment and grow your skillsWhat You Will Bring2+ years of forklift operation, ideally sit-down counterbalance or large-capacity lifts handling long or heavy loads (beams, pipe, lumber, precast). A telehandler is a plus.Overhead or bridge crane experience, including basic rigging with slings, chokers, clamps, magnets, and spreader bars. Signal person or rigger certification (NCCCO or similar) is a bonus, not a requirement.Background in a steel service center, metal supply yard, fab shop, lumber yard, precast plant, or building supply yard.
