What You'll Be Doing Perform safe and precise welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to support plant operations. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and structural components. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to complete projects and repairs. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated welding proficiency using MIG, TIG, stick, and/or oxy-fuel techniques. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in fabrication and repair. Skill in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Commitment to safe work practices in all tasks. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
