Available Shifts:

1. 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
2. 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

We are looking for LVNs who are passionate about providing exceptional care while supporting the daily nursing operations of their assigned unit. Here, your work truly matters—and your growth is supported.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
