Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design individualized therapy strategies that assist them in reaching their functional aspirations.
• Conduct Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families about therapy techniques to ensure continuous progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track.

Educational Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Engagement in continuing education or postgraduate certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
