To drive strategic growth and client relationships, the full-time salaried Vice President of Accounts will oversee one to two major accounts, lead high-stakes client conversations, and cultivate senior-level connections while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead high-stakes client conversations around strategic pivots, contract renewals, and executive escalations Cultivate cabinet-level relationships to expand agency services beyond marketing into enrollment and advancement Anticipate client concerns and manage account health, ensuring proactive resolutions and satisfaction assessments Required qualifications 10+ years of senior leadership experience in higher education or agency environments Deep credibility with senior institutional leaders and proven ability to build trust Experience in strategic relationship management leading to revenue growth Strong fluency in enrollment strategy and institutional dynamics Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
