Behavior Technician (BT) – Suffolk
$22–$28/Hour | Training Provided | $100 Sign-On Bonus | Referral Bonuses
Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) across Virginia to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you'll work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You'll follow individualized treatment plans, support communication and daily living skills, and help children make meaningful progress.
What You'll DoProvide one-on-one ABA services as a Behavior Technician (BT)
Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Collect and document client progress
No prior ABA experience required
RBT certification is not required
Interest in working with children with autism
Reliable transportation
Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
