Earnings & Total Rewards:

• Base Pay: $38,000 – $44,000 / year
• Uncapped Commission: Tiered structure earning $10–$20 per closed membership
• Ramp-Up Milestone Cash Bonuses: Earn up to $1,200 in stackable bonuses as club membership grows (100 to 400 members)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $48,000 – $55,000+ in Year 1

We are currently in our pre-opening membership ramp-up phase! You won't just stand behind a desk—you'll lead front-of-house sales, connect with local families at community events, and build a booming club from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Membership Growth: Convert phone inquiries, digital leads, and walk-ins into active club members.
• Spearhead Local Outreach: Attend local weekend events (farmers markets, community fairs, expos) to market the studio and generate new leads.
• Deliver Exceptional Parent Experience: Act as the face of the studio, greeting families warmly and keeping customer retention high.
• Manage CRM & Follow-Ups: Maintain daily lead tracking, phone outreach, and sales follow-through in our CRM system.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in membership sales, fitness sales, or B2C direct sales (Required).
• Outgoing, high-energy personality that thrives when interacting with parents and young children.
• Self-motivated worker comfortable with field marketing, community engagement, and driving campaign targets.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekday evenings and weekend mornings (our prime family hours).
• Bonus Points: Soccer background, early childhood coaching experience, or fluent Spanish skills!
