Industrial Precast Fabrication Associate

We’re hiring for

Production Workers Needed - $16 - $18 (DOE)

Pipe Plant
Inlets
Septic Production (2 openings)
Manhole Curbs
Manhole Builders (2 openings)

What you’ll do

Assist in producing precast concrete components to spec
Assemble forms and build pipes, septic tanks, manholes, and related items
Operate hand and power tools with care and accuracy
Interpret and follow production instructions
Measure, assemble, finish, and conduct quality inspections
Load, relocate, and organize materials to maintain flow
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
Work effectively outdoors in varying weather when required
Lift 50+ lbs consistently during shifts

Warehouse helper focus

Keep inventory and staging areas organized and accurate
Load/unload trucks and move products around the facility
Ensure materials are available for production teams
Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year recent experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or outdoor warehouse roles
Physically fit and comfortable with demanding tasks
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
