We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of people operations activities for our team in Fremont, Nebraska. This role blends day-to-day human resources administration with employee support, recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits, and payroll backup responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organization, and a practical understanding of HR compliance and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
• Help shape and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to support consistent and compliant practices.
• Advise managers and employees on performance concerns, workplace issues, and interpretation of employment-related policies and regulations.
• Keep personnel files, HR data, and reporting records accurate, current, and organized for operational and compliance needs.
• Partner with recruiting efforts by supporting sourcing, applicant review, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer preparation, and hiring activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to create a smooth and informative start for incoming employees.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing, including tasks related to full-cycle and multi-state payroll activities when needed.
• Assist with administration of employee benefits programs, compensation-related processes, and other core HR initiatives across the business.• 5+ years of experience in human resources with exposure to employee relations, HR administration, and compliance support.
• Demonstrated ability to support recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through offer and onboarding stages.
• Experience maintaining HR records, generating reports, and working within HRIS platforms such as Paycom.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration, including employee benefit plans, coordination, and related payroll impacts.
• Familiarity with payroll support responsibilities, including full-cycle and multi-state payroll environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leadership.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when handling confidential information and time-sensitive tasks.
