NOW HIRING: DIETARY MANAGER – SANDSTONE ESTATES

Are you an experienced food service leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? Sandstone Estates is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee dietary operations and help ensure our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

5 or more years of food service or dietary management experience is required. Healthcare or long-term care experience is strongly preferred.

Manage Daily Operations – Oversee meal preparation, service, sanitation, and daily dietary operations.

Ensure Compliance – Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, and dietary regulations.

Menu Planning & Nutrition – Coordinate with dietary and clinical teams to provide nutritious and appealing meals.

Team Leadership – Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dietary staff.

Budget Management – Monitor food costs, inventory, ordering, and department expenses.

Resident Satisfaction – Work with residents and staff to ensure meals meet individual preferences and dietary needs.

• 5+ years of food service or dietary management experience – REQUIRED

• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of dietary, sanitation, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing quality meals and an excellent resident experience
