Continuous Patient Observer (Safety & Care)

Mass General Brigham is seeking an RN‑directed observer to provide constant observation for patients identified as at risk, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to hospital guidelines. You will monitor patient status, document care, relay handoffs to staff, assist during falls, and help with feeding as directed by the registered nurse.
