- Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial discussions until successful placements.
- Collaborate with Clients , grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and corporate culture.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing Strategies via our proprietary CRM/ATS, combined with your expertise and networking tools.
- Maximize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, seamless follow-ups, and overall organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that ensure lasting client satisfaction while driving significant commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives, contributing to the elevation of our brand-and yours.
- Access to Our Comprehensive Technology Suite: One cohesive platform that integrates CRM, ATS, and marketing communication, eliminating the hassle of juggling multiple systems.
- Personal Branding Support: Interested in growing your own brand? We assist in crafting personalized recruiter landing pages, targeted campaigns, and lead generation tools.
- Support in Recruiting Operations: From contracts and credentialing to written content and compliance-count on us to support your efforts.

- 2-3 years' experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

- Confident navigating various ATS/CRM systems (we will provide training on ours).
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, keen on fostering something of long-term significance.
