Job Description:

• Perform tasks in a manufacturing and/or prototyping environment.

• Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products.

• Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met.

• Own product schedule development - coordinate across disciplines to ensure agreement amongst stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays.

• Balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership.

• Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.

• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $56,000.00 - $104,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
