Click Here to Learn More About Radial RoleSummary: The Forklift Driver inafulfillment centeroperatesmotorized equipment up to and including a stock picker, reach truck, pallet jack, dockstockerand turret truck. Responsibilities: Ability to go to a location and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker,turret truck,reach truck and/or pallet runner. Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Assistin the daily sanitation of the assignedareatoensurean efficient, safe,hazard-freeproduction environment. Report any incident or situation that might causean accidentor injury to self or others. Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity. Meet or exceed company standards onattendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security. Adapt tochanges in process and procedures. Flexibly work in various areas of the Fulfillment Center as volume demands. Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmentalobjectives. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Driver must be on equipment 50% or more during scheduled shifts to receive Driver’s Pay May be required to perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: One to twoyearsrelated experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations. High school diploma or GED. Ability to be certified and licensed tooperatehighliftas well as other types of powered industrial equipment safely and effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must have good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety. Good oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal interaction and social skills. Good problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Hours/Travel: This position is not remote. Hours - Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm. Must work additional hours as needed Travel is notrequired.
