Location: NY 14456
Pay: $674 – $771/week
Contract Duration:
05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks )
Schedule:
Full-Time Evenings
5x7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week)
Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
Holidays required
Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan
Maintain safety: respond to call lights, prevent falls, maintain safe/clean environment
Support nutrition: meal delivery, feeding assistance, adaptive equipment use
Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, positioning, assistive devices
Report changes in condition and resident concerns promptly to nursing staff
Complete all documentation per facility protocol
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)
BLS Certification ( AHA or RQI only )
Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
