OKCARZ is a privately owned, growing buy-here pay-here dealership group with 11 locations across Florida. With nearly 200 employees across our dealerships, reconditioning facilities, and customer service center, OKCARZ has earned its reputation as Floridas preferred automotive financing dealership.

You dont need prior automotive sales experience to succeed here just the right attitude and commitment! We provide full training and support to help you grow in your career.

What Were Looking For

A friendly and welcoming approach to both customers and team members
Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
Strong work ethic and daily drive to succeed
Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company
Bilingual candidates are a plus (but not required)

What We Offer

Paid training learn our sales process, CRM system, follow-up, and delivery procedures
5-day work week (1 weekday off)
Closed on Sundays and major holidays
Competitive base pay plus bonus and commission opportunities

Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 per year (Base salary + commission + bonus opportunities)
